Commercial Collections

Businesses often have complex situations for collections. It can involve bankruptcy issues, goods and services that are unpaid and just plain frustration. This requires review of the credit agreement or contract signed by the debtor, determining if there is a valid guarantee and knowing as much about the debtor as possible to understand their ability to pay and if a suit should be started.

We understand the need for urgency and so we have standards to move the case along as fast as the law allows. We provide status reports to clients as the suit moves forward and aggressively pursues all avenues of post judgment enforcement proceedings.
