Financing and Banking Transactions

We represent lenders through all stages of a commercial financing transaction, including but not limited to structuring loans, drafting commitment letters, drafting loan documents, advising on security and collateral issues, closing loans, preparing closing books and post-closing follow up. We have experience representing lenders in Small Business Administration guaranteed loans and programs, bond financing transactions, letters of credit, participations, unsecured and secured transactions.
