Some of the work we do as your legal representative is review your purchase contract and approve it, assist in satisfying your contingencies, order a survey, prepare the transfer documents, and resolve all issues. In addition, if you have a mortgage, we arrange to have it discharged at the time of closing.
Prior to closing, we go over all the necessary documents with you before you sign them, so you will not have to attend the closing. After the closing is complete, we send you a closing statement and any proceeds from the sale.
