Prior Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ryen was a law clerk at the United States Department of the Interior, National Indian Gaming Commission, which is the body that regulates gaming on Indian lands. He assisted attorneys in their review and approval of casino management contracts and tribal gaming law.

Mr. Ryen is the author of Jamming Ticketmaster: Defining the Relevant Market in the Pearl Jam - Ticketmaster Controversy. The article was published in the Commlaw Conspectus, Journal of Communications Law and Policy, Winter 1996 Edition. Mr. Ryen is a member of the following organizations:

Prior Experience
For 12 years, Mr. Morabito served as a Senior
Assistant District Attorney in the Monroe County
District Attorneys Office and from October, 1998
through June, 2001 was a Special Assistant United
States Attorney. He served as Project Exile litigator,
prosecuting firearms possession and narcotics
trafficking in both Federal and State Courts.
Mr. Morabito prosecuted all levels of crimes in
Monroe County from DWI's through major felonies.
Mr. Morabito practices in all courts and counties
in Western New York.

Mr. Morabito is admitted to practice in the State
of New York. He is a member of the New York State
and Monroe County Bar Associations.

Mr. Bryson has been practicing law in the Rochester area for more than 15 years. During that time, he has represented clients in a myriad of legal areas. Today his primary areas of practice include municipal and real estate law.
Municipal Law and Zoning
Mr. Bryson provides counsel to municipalities on zoning, land use, financing, assessment, enforcement and other matters. He previously served as the Attorney for the Town/Village of East Rochester. Mr. Bryson has also represented businesses and individuals before local government boards, courts and other governing bodies.
Real Estate Law
