As resident partner responsible for the operation of the firm's Greece and Hilton satellite offices, Mr. Schwind maintains a general legal practice, providing professional services and counsel on a wide variety of legal matters. Mr. Schwind devotes a substantial portion of his practice to domestic and family law matters, including divorce and separation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, custody, visitation and child support matters, PINS petitions, guardianships and adoptions. Mr. Schwind represents clients in residential real estate transactions, business and contractual matters, estate matters and the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and similar life-planning documents. Mr. Schwind also maintains an active Municipal Law practice as attorney for the Village of Hilton.

Mr. Schwind sits on the Management Committee of the law firm and is the chairman of the firm's Litigation Department. He is the resident partner responsible for the operation of the firm's Greece and Hilton satellite offices and actively participates in many administrative and operational committees of the firm. Mr. Schwind is a member of both the Monroe County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
