Mr. Muck represents clients in developing comprehensive and proactive strategies to minimize the impact of federal, state and local taxes upon individuals and businesses.
He counsels clients on all aspects of taxation matters such as:
- Estate, gift and income tax planning for individuals
- Optimizing the tax structure of businesses
- Advising on federal and state tax incentives
- Representation before federal and state taxing authorities
- Merger and acquisition structuring for business and tax optimization

Mr. Muck counsels business owners in addressing the myriad of legal issues facing the business, including:

Professional Affiliations
Mr. Muck is presently a member of the following professional organizations:
- Monroe County Bar Association, where he is now serving as member of the Business Law Council
- New York State Bar Association, Taxation and Trusts and Estates Section
In June 2008, Mr. Muck presented at the Monroe County Bar Association continuing legal education program, "Analyzing Financial Statements", where he discussed practical uses of financial statements for attorneys.
In February 2009, Mr. Muck served as chairperson of "Business Law: Nuts and Bolts", a Monroe County Bar Association continuing legal education program educating attorneys on business law issues including entity selection, tax considerations, and basic intellectual property and employment
law considerations.
Community Service
Mr. Muck serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester as the organization's Treasurer and as chair of the agency's Finance Committee. Further, he is a member of Big Brother's "Century League", where each member works to leave a legacy supporting a century of mentoring. Prior to relocating to Rochester, Mr. Muck volunteered as a Big Brother for three years with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region.
