The Collections and Creditors' Rights Department has two areas of practice groups. The Collections Department focuses on handling a large volume of accounts provided by its vast clientele, including National Collection Agencies, Retail Department Stores, banking organizations, buyers of bad debt, regional and local businesses.
The Creditors' Rights Department focuses on complex commercial litigation, foreclosures, repossession including mechanic and garageman's liens, bankruptcy related matters and commercial and residential evictions.
Both Practice Groups work together enhancing our clients' ability to obtain
