These materials have been created by Lacy Katzen LLP, exclusively for our clients, to assist them in answering many of the questions which are frequently raised when buying or selling a home.
Various questions are listed on the first several pages of this booklet in the approximate chronological order in which they might typically be encountered. The questions are also grouped into several stages of the transfer process, in order to make it easier to locate any particular question.
Next to each question is the page number of this booklet where the answer is located. Many of these questions apply to both Buyers and Sellers and are simply noted by "Q". Those questions which are typically of primary interest to Buyers are noted by "BQ" and those questions which are typically of primary interest to Sellers are noted by "SQ".
