ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - CORPORATE DEPARTMENT
Lacy Katzen LLP is seeking a lawyer with 2 to 5 years experience for our Rochester Business/Banking Practice Group. Candidate must be committed to a wide range of corporate and banking transactions including but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing (representing borrowers and lenders), creditor’s rights, compliance and general business matters. Requirements include: strong analytical and problem solving ability, facility with numbers, excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple matters with tight deadlines and a commitment to client service. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated, disciplined and flexible. Lacy Katzen LLP offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package.
PARALEGAL - CORPORATE/BANKING
Lacy Katzen LLP is seeking a corporate/banking paralegal for our Corporate/Banking Department. A minimum 3-5 years experience in corporate banking and commercial real estate required. Must possess experience with commercial loan closing representing the lender, proficiency with corporate transactions, entity formations and real estate transactions. Municipal financing experience a plus.
Skills must include strong written and verbal communications; excellent client service; accurate drafting and proofreading of legal documents; able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks; strong organizational skills and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be flexible and a team player. College degree preferred.
