Civil Litigation
Bob is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice encompasses personal injury litigation as well as estate litigation. He represents clients in matters such as workplace accidents, product liability and wrongful death. Bob has experience in both State and Federal courts.

Estate Planning & Estate Administration
Bob represents clients in preparing an appropriate estate plan. His practice delves into a multitude of trust and estate matters including wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, administering trusts and estates and restructuring and coordinating assets. Bob also aids clients in matters regarding elder law issues.

Real Estate
Bob has extensive experience in representing clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of residential real estate, including interacting with realtors, attorneys and lending institutions on behalf of his clients.

Bob holds an "AV Preeminent Attorney” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. This significant rating accomplishment is a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence including knowledge and ethics.
Professional and Community Affiliations: 
Bob served as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1966-1970. He was a member of the Catholic Charities of Diocese of Rochester from 1981-1985 and the Chair of the Board of Directors from 1983-1984. In 1999, Bob was ordained as a Deacon in the Catholic Church. Currently, Bob is a Board Member of the Bethany House, Matt Talbot Ministries, and Iranaeus Ministries. He is also on the Board of Directors for the St. Thomas More Lawyers’ Guild.
Prior Experience: 
Following his service as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Bob entered into the practice of law in Rochester in 1970. Before joining Lacy Katzen, he was the senior partner in the firm Burke, Albright, Harter & Reddy, LLP.

Bob lives in Penfield with his wife Kathryn. They continue to enjoy visits with their children and grandchildren, those nearby and those in Chicago, Nashville, and near Raleigh, North Carolina. He enjoys volunteering his time and talent, especially for those in need.
