Robert Vigdor practices in the area of residential and commercial real estate including the sale, purchase, financing, development and leasing of properties. He has represented clients in numerous zoning and planning matters, including requests for variances from zoning board of appeals, requests for special use permits, site plan and subdivision approvals from planning boards and other municipal bodies having jurisdiction. He has represented lenders in financing transactions and has conducted commercial foreclosures in workouts on behalf of lenders. Rob also has experience in mortgage banking and brokering matters including issues relating to licensing and regulatory compliance.

Rob is a member of several professional service organizations including the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations.
Rob served as a past chairperson and member of the Board of the Volunteer Legal Services Project, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Monroe County Bar Association, as a member of the Board of the Jewish Family Service of Rochester and as a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Al Sigl Center. Rob currently serves as a member of the Board of the Mary Cariola Children’s Center and continues to remain active on committees at the Al Sigl Center.
Rob resides in Pittsford, New York. He enjoys skiing, golfing and getting out for exercise with his two golden retrievers.
