Collin focuses his practice on real estate, banking, and corporate transactions. He represents individuals and businesses buying and selling both commercial and residential property. Collin represents lenders in commercial loan transactions, creditors’ rights, and compliance and regulatory matters. Additionally, Collin assists clients in a variety of general corporate matters, including municipal/land use matters, business formations, regulatory compliance, licensing and employment law matters.
Before joining Lacy Katzen, Collin worked for a general practice law firm in his hometown of Elmira, New York, where he gained valuable experience in a number of practice areas, including: real estate, energy and environmental law, estate administration, landlord/tenant law and general litigation.

Originally from the Southern Tier, Collin is no stranger to the Rochester area. Collin spent five years in Rochester while completing his undergraduate degree, and he loved the area and the people of Rochester so much he decided to return after law school. Collin now resides in the City of Rochester, where he enjoys taking in the local culture and attending local sporting events (Go Tigers!). Also in his spare time, Collin enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with his friends and family.
