Collin focuses his practice on real estate, banking, and corporate transactions. He represents individuals and businesses buying and selling both commercial and residential property. Collin represents lenders in commercial loan transactions, creditors’ rights, and compliance and regulatory matters. Collin also represents clients in a variety of general corporate matters, municipal/land use matters, business formations, regulatory compliance, licensing, employment law matters, divorce matters and family law matters.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Before joining Lacy Katzen, Collin worked for a general practice law firm in his hometown of Elmira, New York, where he gained valuable experience in a number of practice areas, including: real estate, energy and environmental law, estate administration, landlord/tenant law and general litigation.
