Michael Wegman
Michael is a member of the Litigation Department, Chair of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights Department and Co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Michael’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and collections. Michael’s practice also includes municipal, land use and appeals. In addition, Michael has appeared before the Appellate Division on a variety of matters since joining Lacy Katzen.

Before joining Lacy Katzen, Michael spent two years as an Appellate Court Attorney with the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, where he handled both civil and criminal appeals.
