Trusts & Estates - Attorney
Lacy Katzen LLP, a Democrat and Chronicle Top Workplace winner since 2015, is seeking attorneys experienced in estate planning, estate administration and/or elder law and Medicaid. We have an excellent opportunity to join an established practice group and develop an existing book of business. Candidates must be results oriented with a commitment to development and maintenance of excellent client relationships. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, an ability to successfully handle a demanding schedule and competing priorities, demonstrated communication and leadership skills and a commitment to behaviors aligned with our firm values and positive culture.

Collections - Legal Assistant
Lacy Katzen, a Rochester Top Workplace since 2015, is seeking a Legal Assistant for our Collection’s Department. Responsibilities include preparation of legal documents and forms: setting up motions; exhibit preparation; file and calendar maintenance, coordination of hearings and depositions and general office duties. Must be independent with excellent client service skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; legal terminology; organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks; attention to detail and skill in proofreading complex documents; independent thinker; team player; knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. 2-5 years Collection’s experience and notary preferred.
