Professional Experience

Trust and Estate Planning and Administration. Matthew works with clients to understand and achieve their planning and finance objectives with estate plans that allow for maximum flexibility and efficiency. Matthew works with clients to prepare wills, trusts, health care proxies, living wills, powers of attorney and more, according to their needs. Before joining Lacy Katzen LLP, Matthew studied at the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he served as a member of the Buffalo Law Review’s Editorial Board, worked in the Monroe County Surrogate’s Court as a New York Trust & Estate Law Section Fellow, and interned in the chambers of the Hon. Judge Fahey of the New York Court of Appeals.
