Jennifer Chadwick counsels businesses and their owners in matters involving general corporate, employment, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, financing matters and shareholder and member disputes. Jennifer also counsels financial institutions in commercial loan transactions, creditors’ rights and compliance and regulatory matters.
